Welcome to Glacier Processing Cooperative! 

We are a USDA inspected, producer-owned cooperative whose purpose is to serve our members’ livestock processing needs.

We’re proudly working to boost food resiliency for our rural communities by serving the livestock processing needs of small family farms and ranches in Northwest Montana.

We value local agriculture and are committed to a high quality and humanely processed final product for our customers. Our plant will maintain these values while also incorporating sustainability into our systems and practices.

Our Meat Processing Services

Our meat processing plant is USDA-inspected and we are a Certified Organic Handler. We offer a variety of options for processing beef, pork, and wild game, including:

  • Slaughter and butcher services
  • Value-added products including sausage, bacon, cured meats, and suet
  • Packaging and labeling
  • Bulk and direct-to-consumer products

We’re currently working to expand our value-added product line, and plan to double our processing capacity.
